Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: July 13, 2026 · Version: 1.1
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the DOSSIRI platform at app.dossiri.com(the “Service”), operated by Dossiri LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the DOSSIRI Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Service, including individuals, organizations, design partners, beta participants, and early adopters.
The purpose of this AUP is to define the boundaries of acceptable use, protect the integrity and availability of the Service, protect other users, and establish clearly that DOSSIRI outputs are decision-support information only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service.
2. Foundational Platform Disclaimer
This section is the foundational statement of what DOSSIRI is and is not. It is a material term of this AUP and of the Terms of Service. It must be read and understood before using any intelligence feature of the Service.
DOSSIRI outputs do not constitute compliance advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, validation guidance, quality advice, or professional advice of any kind. All intelligence outputs — including Account Briefs, Pre-Call Briefs, Territory Digest summaries, Onboarding Briefs, Signals, Opportunity Assessments, and Suggested Contacts — are provided solely as decision-support information. You are solely responsible for independently evaluating, validating, and verifying any DOSSIRI output before acting upon it. Human judgment remains responsible for all decisions and actions taken in connection with information provided by DOSSIRI.
DOSSIRI is:
- A compliance-aware, intelligence-native customer relationship management platform
- Decision-support software designed to help life sciences and regulated-industry sales professionals prepare for conversations, assess opportunities, accumulate account intelligence, and monitor territory signals
- A tool that assists professional judgment — it does not replace it
DOSSIRI is not:
- Legal advice or a substitute for legal counsel
- Compliance advice or a substitute for compliance professionals or compliance management systems
- Regulatory advice or a substitute for regulatory affairs professionals
- Validation consulting or a substitute for validation engineers or quality professionals
- Quality management software or a quality management system (QMS)
- A 21 CFR Part 11 compliant system — DOSSIRI is not represented as such and users in FDA-regulated environments are responsible for evaluating its appropriateness for their regulated workflows
- A system designed to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA
- An autonomous agent — DOSSIRI does not take actions on your behalf or make decisions for you
- A guarantee of any business outcome, sales outcome, compliance outcome, regulatory outcome, or validation outcome
Intelligence Outputs generated by the Service reflect information available at the time of generation, derived from Customer Content and publicly available third-party sources. DOSSIRI does not guarantee that Intelligence Outputs are accurate, complete, current, or free from error. Third-party data sources including FDA databases, ClinicalTrials.gov, and SEC EDGAR are not controlled by DOSSIRI and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Opportunity Assessments — High Potential, Moderate Potential, Low Potential, Insufficient Information — are decision-support classifications. They are not scores, rankings, predictions, or professional assessments of business fitness or regulatory compliance.
2.1 No Professional Relationship
Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client, compliance advisory, regulatory advisory, quality advisory, or other professional services relationship between DOSSIRI and any User or Organization. No communication through the Service, and no Intelligence Output generated by the Service, constitutes the provision of legal, compliance, regulatory, validation, quality, or other professional services. Users requiring professional advice in any of these areas must consult qualified professionals independently of the Service.

4.1 Prohibited Data

- A replacement for consultation with qualified compliance professionals, regulatory affairs professionals, legal counsel, or quality engineers in matters that require such consultation
This section does not prohibit using Intelligence Outputs as one input among many in your professional sales preparation and account strategy work — which is their intended purpose. 5. Regulated Industry Responsibilities
DOSSIRI serves sales professionals operating in FDA-regulated and other highly regulated industries. This section addresses responsibilities that are specific to that context.
5.1 Independent Verification
Signal information surfaced by the Service — including FDA regulatory actions, clinical trial registrations, SEC filings, and procurement notices — is derived from publicly available sources that DOSSIRI does not control. You are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, currency, and completeness of any signal information before relying on it in any business conversation, account strategy, or regulated-industry context.
5.2 No Compliance Reliance
Nothing in the Service, and no Intelligence Output generated by the Service, constitutes compliance advice, regulatory guidance, or legal analysis. If your use of DOSSIRI-sourced information in a regulated-industry context requires compliance, regulatory, or legal judgment, you must obtain that judgment from qualified professionals. DOSSIRI does not replace that obligation.
5.3 No Validation Use
DOSSIRI is not a validated system under 21 CFR Part 11 or any other regulatory validation framework. DOSSIRI outputs must not be used as input to validated processes, SOPs, quality system documents, regulatory submissions, or validation protocols without independent review and authorization by qualified professionals within your organization. Your organization is solely responsible for determining whether DOSSIRI is appropriate for use in connection with any regulated process.
5.4 No PHI
The Service is not designed or authorized for use with Protected Health Information. You must not enter PHI into the Service under any circumstances. Your organization is responsible for ensuring that all users of the Service within your Organization understand and comply with this prohibition.
5.5 Customer Responsibility for Regulated Decisions
All decisions made in connection with regulated activities — including customer qualification, opportunity assessment, regulatory strategy, compliance posture, or quality assurance — remain the sole responsibility of the professional making them. DOSSIRI provides information to inform professional judgment. It does not make regulated decisions and is not responsible for decisions made by users of the Service.
6. Third-Party Data and Signal Sources
The Intelligence Layer surfaces information derived from publicly available third-party data sources. The following terms apply to your use of that information.
6.1 Source Accuracy Disclaimer
DOSSIRI does not independently verify information obtained from third-party sources including FDA databases, ClinicalTrials.gov, and SEC EDGAR. Information derived from these sources may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or not current. Signal information should be treated as a starting point for your own research, not as a definitive or authoritative statement of fact.
6.2 No Commercial Redistribution
You may not incorporate Intelligence Output content derived from third-party sources into any commercial data product, publication, or service offered to third parties for compensation. This restriction does not prohibit normal internal business use of Signal content, including sharing Signal summaries with colleagues within your Organization or incorporating them into internal account strategy materials.
6.3 Third-Party Terms
Your access to information derived from third-party public sources through the Service does not modify or supersede the terms of use of those sources. You remain responsible for compliance with the terms of use of any third-party data source whose information you access through the Service.
7. Customer Content Standards
All Customer Content you submit to the Service must meet the following standards.
7.1 Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Content you submit to the Service. DOSSIRI does not verify the accuracy of Customer Content and is not responsible for Intelligence Outputs generated from inaccurate Customer Content.
7.2 Lawfulness
Customer Content must be lawfully obtained and lawfully submitted. You represent that you have the right to submit all Customer Content to the Service and that doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including privacy law, data protection law, or contractual confidentiality obligations.
7.3 Business Context
The Service is a B2B platform. Customer Content should consist of business records relating to accounts, contacts, leads, deals, tasks, and evidence in a professional sales context. The Service is not appropriate for personal data, consumer data, or data unrelated to your professional sales activities.
7.4 No Competitive Intelligence Misuse
You may not use the Service to store, process, or distribute information obtained through unlawful means, including corporate espionage, unauthorized access to competitor systems, or misappropriation of trade secrets. DOSSIRI is designed to surface publicly available industry intelligence. It is not a platform for unlawfully obtained competitive information.
8. Enforcement
8.1 DOSSIRI’s Rights
DOSSIRI reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including:
- Issuing a warning to the user or Organization
- Temporarily suspending access to the Service pending investigation
- Permanently terminating access to the Service
- Removing or disabling access to Customer Content that violates this AUP
- Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or where DOSSIRI determines such reporting is appropriate
8.2 Notice
DOSSIRI will provide reasonable advance notice before taking enforcement action where doing so would not compromise an investigation, harm other users, or violate applicable law. In cases of serious, ongoing, or imminent harm to the Service or other users — or in cases of PHI submission — DOSSIRI may take immediate action without prior notice.
8.3 No Obligation to Monitor
DOSSIRI does not actively monitor Customer Content for AUP compliance. This AUP does not create an obligation on DOSSIRI to monitor, review, or take action with respect to any particular Customer Content. DOSSIRI’s decision not to take action in a particular instance does not constitute a waiver of its rights under this AUP.
8.4 Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP by another user, please report it to hello@dossiri.com. DOSSIRI will investigate reports in good faith but is not obligated to take any particular action in response.
9. Changes to This Acceptable Use Policy
DOSSIRI may update this AUP at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of material changes via email or in-Service notification. Continued use of the Service after a revised AUP takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
Some changes to this AUP may be required by law, by third-party service providers, or by changes to the Service. DOSSIRI reserves the right to make non-material changes to this AUP without advance notice.
